Porkloins soaked 48 hours in a maple brine, then put them on the smoker for around 6 hours of low heat.

Anyways, this how they turned out.

Pretty much order all my seasoning from these guys.

Cook time:

Started a 110 degrees, untill the loins are dry. Then bump up to 150 for two hours, then bump up to 190 until internal temperature reaches between 130 and 140.

They are not fully cooked at this temp.
