Pretty much order all my seasoning from these guys. https://www.waltonsinc.com/seasoningsCook time: Started a 110 degrees, untill the loins are dry. Then bump up to 150 for two hours, then bump up to 190 until internal temperature reaches between 130 and 140. They are not fully cooked at this temp.
