All things being equal what is the deepest diving crank bait available for casting? Also what is the deepest diver you fish the most? Just wondering, Thanks......

I would like to know as well...
What I've done in the past when I can't quite get a certain crank down far enough is put a little Carolina rig on it, similar to a regular C rig but lighter

I'd say back in the day the Manns 30+ But today I'd say the Luhr Jensen hot lips express
But I'm that guy that will stick with a good XD5 or XD6 or the duo realis or the Z-Boss 20, I hope I don't need to be any deeper

I know a few years back when BASS was on that lake in TN (memories bad, can't remember the name of it), they were casting a Hot Lips Express and then letting line off the reel as they used their trolling motor back to complete the cast being careful not to move the lure so they wouldn't get DQ'ed for trolling. It seems like I remember the one(s) who were doing this that the Express would go deeper. Also, they made a Hot Lips Express called the "Deep Secret" which looks like it would go deeper than the normal Hot Lips.

I'd say 10XD or Mann's 30+. I probably throw an 6XD or 8XD the most.

Duo Realis (sp), the little bodied Hot Lips Deep Secret (still have a few of those in the original package) 10XD, Mann's 30+. You will get them down deeper than nearly any other CB. Don't have the Lucky Craft, but do the others. OH, I forgot the Poes 1200, too. Hope this helps. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.

I have thrown the LC SKT Mag 120 and the 10XD. I am not convinced they go any deeper than the original Mann's 30+. Not saying the 30+ is a better bait, just making an observation.
The giant bodies on the SKT 120 and the 10XD also add buoyancy which works against the depth they can achieve. They are easier to crank back in than the 30+ I will say that.

Those 30+ can definitely be a beat down.

Those 30+ can definitely be a beat down. They make one now called a EZ30. It is not nearly as hard to crank in. I prefer the 6th Sense Crush 500DD

BASS has now outlawed it!

I have been using Berkeys new Dredger 20 & 25s lately and they have impressed me. They have a weighted bill which makes them get down quick and they stay down closer to the boat than any I have ever used. Many that dive really deep will wear you out quick due to the pull they exert on you. The dredgers don't pull near as much.
