 I pilot link does not fit?

I ordered a I pilot link to fit my new terrova 80 trolling motor.
It finally showed up today and it does not even come close to fitting.
The replacement head is flat.
My terrova head has a curved cover.
I have been browsing in net and everyone I find is flat?///
What am I missing?
I really would like to make this thing work

I don't know how to post pictures...
My new terrova has a cover that has a long curves on each side running front to back.
The I pilot link is flat

Well I figured out they changed the design for 2017.
Now I just need to find someone who sells the I pilot that fits a 2017

this is what you should get in the box, this is for the legacy trolling motors. they do not sell the I pilot accessory for the new blue tooth 2017 versions. You have to buy the trolling motor that already has the link included with it. You might have to call minn kota and see if they might work with ya
