There are plenty of guides at Fork that are educated on electronics and fishing deep. Make some calls, find one that uses similar electronics to yours, be specific about what what you'd like to get from the trip. It could turn into a long conversation so show some consideration and make your calls in the evening so he's not tied up answering your questions while he has clients in his boat.

Mark Pack, Jason Hoffman, and Tom Reddington IMHO are the best on Fork... all full time guides and all typically booked up months in advance for a reason. Fellow TFF member Slade also does electronics educational trips, go in your boat and he will teach you how to use your electronics and set them up for optimum performance.
