Last Saturday a man drowned over on Bolivar Penn., wade fishing off the beach near ROP. Yesterday a 20 y/o went missing off 61st Street beach area. "Rip Current" Advisories have been in effect for days. Sad that people don't adhere to Warnings. This guy went missing around 6:30pm and Life Guards were pulled from the waters at 8pm. I assume they haven't found him yet.
