I have thrown Seagar Invizx 20 pound and I was not impressed. I threw it in 10 pound test and liked it alot. I was thinking about trying Sunline FC Sniper.

I use it for leaders, I like it. Holds up better, has cooler name.

I use Sunline exclusively and I've been happy with it.

I will tell you that the the FC Sniper isn't the best (for me) when it comes to abrasion resistance...but it's a great line for open water situations.

If you will go to the Tackle Warehouse website, you can click on the little thumbnail pictures when you bring up the different lines of Sunline. The pictures indicate where the different models of line stack up against each other. The include knot strength, abbrasion resistance, durability, stretch, and other things. That helped me pick the correct line for what I was looking for.

I use Shooter and FC leader the most, but I use FC Sniper for cranking and most moving baits.

Good luck, I think you'll be happy with it.

I tried seagar and had some issues with it breaking on me 3 times mid cast (probably a bad batch) and switched to fc. Have not had a single issue yet in about 8 months. The stuff is strong for sure.

Braid would be my choice then.
