Just want to know what your favorite colors are and if they work best on calm water or in a slight chop, hate to pay that much for a lure but I heard good things about them.

Something with a white bottom works best in most situations but if the water is really clear then something with a translucent bottom works better. The only color that matters on a topwater is the bottom.
And yes, they seem to perform best in a slight chop on the water. If it's calm, I throw the smaller size (I think it's the 90) Whopper Plopper.

The 130 size works great. I don't subscribe to the fact that only the bottom color matters. As the bait comes thru the water the bait will rock side to side putting the sides well under the surface of the water. In clear water, color is a huge player.

I really think the fish on some lakes have seen so many of them by now they have lost a little effectiveness. Just 3-4 years ago they really caught a lot of fish for me then the craze started and it seems everyone is burning down a bank buzzing one now.

Bone and Monkey Butt have produced for me. 90s. Picked up a couple 130s yesterday - Monkey Butt and Blue Gill. Will be throwing them tomorrow.
