 helix 5 screen locked up ?

Last trip bird worked fine for about 20 min. I went to lake map .tryed to return to other views . no go.
turned unit off, no go. unhooked power cord no go. Left power cord off over nite no go.
All i get is my lake map with my waypoints. HELP PLEASE. Thank you.

One time out of no where my H9 wouldn't show anything other than GPS I had restore defaults. And reset everything...
