 Got my fix...on Lewisville!

Been a while since I felt the thump. Walked out of the ol school house around 4:15pm, and the weather was just amazing! Made my decision right then to head out for a quick evening trip. Got to the house at 4:35pm, the ramp at 4:45pm, and dropped on my first BP at 5:05pm.  Found a good bite around 12-18' down in various depths. Caught fish on almost every pile. Had to sift through a good number of dinks, but found some nice 1.5-1.75lb fish too. Probably caught 60, with about 20-25 keepers. Released everything today. Jig of choice was JERRY'S JIGS in 1/8oz Texas Toast and chart/Grape. I'm feeling better now that I got my thump fix.

I went out to LL yesterday to got skunked! but I don't know the lake at all have not found one brush pile yet.

I went out to LL yesterday to got skunked! but I don't know the lake at all have not found one brush pile yet.
I have the advantage of living 5 minutes from 121 Marina. Didn't even have to leave the area. Thanks Ernest! Side Imaging is almost like cheating. Once you learn how to use it well, brush piles can't hide.

Looking forward to the kids tourney there! That's a fun lake! Hopefully Little Man and Cindy Lou can hull a few slabs off each pile before their dad's can't stand it anymore and have to sling a cooler fish or two in the boat! I don't know how those high school bass boat captain people do it! All day long in the boat and never drop a bait would be torture!! Good stuff!!
