I was wondering if anybody ever did that I don't know if I could pull a boat from Texas to California, I'm thinking about pulling my boat to San Diego in June and parking my truck over there by Port Loma and launching my boat and going fishing by the Coronado Islands I know I need a Mexican boat permit and a California fishing license and a bunch of other junk but I was wondering if anybody had experience in doing something like this I'm also thinking about taking some scuba gear and Diving to spear some tuna

Is your outboard motor California emissions compliant? Last time I was out there, that was a big concern.
