 Tilt Trim Problem

Looking for some advise...
I have a 2011 Skeeter 20i w/ Yamaha 250SHO, and the tilt/trim switches in the boat (bow, gear select & pro trim) will not trim down? They tilt & trim up just fine, but will only tilt down. They will not trim down. The switch on the motor tilts & trim fine both up & down. So only the boat switches are not working when trimming down?
Any help would be appreciated
