Kids need to be careful if that is what it was. May run in to a fisherman with a CHL and may not hesitate to shoot back if bullets are buzzing overhead or nearby hitting the water. Just sayin.

Need to be cautious there. If the shots were accidental coming from a sourse unaware of where his shots are going, shooting back would be wrong.

So you are saying you have found some big bass on beds up there  I would think someone else found some beds and didn't want anyone on them. Was fishing in Magee the other day and heard a lot of gun fire. Nothing around us but you could tell it was large caliber. Probably in 223.

We were up there on Saturday and heard gunshots VERY Close to us. No bullets hitting the water, but really scary. We could not idle out of there fast enough. We had at least 10 shots. Is it duck hunting season or something?
