blues...not the strays running around!
I am familiar with Denison Dam, but I have only ever fished there once. I will be there with my two boys tomorrow looking for catfish. Generator schedule is 9 AM to 9 PM like it has been for the past few days. We plan on moving downstream a bit from the generator and using 5 to 6 ounce weights. Has anybody had luck catching catfish while the generators are running? For that matter any advice on cats at the Dam would be helpful regardless of the generator schedule.
I plan on using a santee rig with cut shad assuming I can get some there on the wall. My backup plan is some rotten chicken I have in the freezer and also stink bait on a treble.
