I agree with wawi. Some people are impossible to please. That's an ugly piece of meat, but saying no to a replacement and still being ticked about it is a pretty negative way to go through life.

The problem was not a bad cut of meat, it was not prepared like bbq should be. Most guys wrap as it is a hedge, but many get lazy and wrap for too long and it ends up being mushy, pot roast kinda stuff. Replacing it would not have been the answer. He should have given him his money back at a minimum, but that doesn't really fix it as it has ruined his meal, taken significant time and been disappointing.

DO you eat any fast food? McDonalds?

If so, I find this post so ironic.

This comes from people who eat the McRib....I just can't wrap my head around this all.

Crappie is ticked, is offered more replacement...refuses, but gets on a public forum to lay the last law down. Now it's on the Interwebs for ever...coming up in google searches. Did you visit Yelp and others to complain?

If this is how it worked McDonalds would be bankrupt.

I also take an opinion, from someone who drinks Ultra, with a grain of salt.

I'm personally not a fan of Cooper's, but I'd love to offer you a tray or two of real Texas BBQ.

No sir, you are looking at it all wrong. I am 100% positive the manager knows he has problem and do you think any replacement meat would have been any better? Never said the manager didn't do the right thing, he seemed concerned and that's a positive.

All the hype about Cooper BBQ, yep I am pisssed to tasted so bad.

That is the most disgusting picture of meat I've ever seen. What's the story of that chunk in the bottom left hand corner? bolt

Iconn4.....That "chunk" in the bottom left hand corner once spent some quality time in his mouth where his teeth chewed & squeezed the full flavor out for his tastebuds to enjoy....lol.

Tritonman's 407 BBQ on the other hand not only looks awesome, but Im sure is incredibly delicious too... I'm definetly going to get me some of that next time I'm in the area.... smile

That's exactly what I was thinking but was afraid to ask until today. roflmao I swear it reminded me of eating at a friend's house when I was about 7 years old in the early 60s. It was myself, my friend, and my friend's dad at the table. We are all chewing, and chewing, and chewing. Friend's dad pulls out wad of "meat" from his mouth and hollers at wifey in kitchen. He says, "mamma, is this horse meat?" He was joking of course but I will never forget it. The more you chewed the bigger it got.
