Jeff Just cleaned one of my older Revos up , put back together with schematic Have to crank star drag all the way down to get the drag back to normal Then it's difficult to turn handle. Not sure what's up. Thanks for any info

You might check the spring washers, make sure they are () or )( and not (( or )). also might check to make sure the drag washers not oily. If we can't figure it out I'll be glad to look at it for you..

Thanks Buddy, these things have a few more parts than a 4500 C lol. After about the 8th time taking it apart I think I may have it figured out. Stilll reels A bit tight after I bottom the drag out. Will fish it tomorrow and see how it does

Do you teach welding?
If so, can you work with aluminum for fabricating a piece for a kayak customization?

I teach welding and metal fab. We don't get much into Aluminum. What kind of par are you looking for?

Jeff, I built the new home next door to Reagan N. on the HS fishing team.
So, I have a new kayak and I need to have a piece fabricated to mount an Anchor Wizard and also its other part where the anchor slides up and down . . . to the tracks.
Aluminum would be lightest but I have a few other ideas.
