Eating healthy on a daily basis can be difficult, especially if you're on a budget. My gf is very knowledgeable about healthy cooking and nutrition without breaking the bank. We have something different and very healthy almost every night. I'll post some pics of our dinners to give y'all some ideas to try if your looking for this kinda stuff.

Tonight was a salad with Arugula, grapes, lentils, and a red wine vinaigrette dressing.

Tonight was Turkey Tacos. Seasoned ground turkey, cilantro, lime and onion with homemade cauliflower tortillas. I'm not a huge cauliflower fan but these tasted pretty dang good with everything else on it.

my son's girlfriends mom made healthy soup for us.

chicken broth
shredded chicken breast
black beans
serrano peppers
carrots
corn from her garden
diced avacado
Mexican spices

i do not eat a lot of greens as I do not really like salad so I put kale and spinach in a blender cup with a scoop of whey after working out.

Tonight was a ground turkey and spinach pizza. Trader Joe's has a whole wheat pizza crust mix that is actually really damn good. Some pizza sauce, mozzarella, ground turkey, red onion and spinach. This is one I look foward to.

Looks good, no wonder you're skinny Minnie! You'd weigh 100lbs if it weren't for the Silver Bullet haha. Here's what I ate last night. Would you say this is a healthy meal? Not so much, but actually not so bad. I didn't get up from the table bloated. I will normally have 2 or 3 brews to get it started but not last night, zero. I ate it all except the cheese, salsa, and corn tortilla. You cannot starve your body with zero good food. This is the problem when you're trying to eat right and traveling at the same time. It's hard not to go hog wild! I'm an eater......

Yeah, not bad for eating out. Better than eating a burger or CFS the size of a plate!

It all looks pretty good so far. However, as much as I love turkey, Thanksgiving and Christmas style, I'm not much for substituting ground turkey for ground beef. It's nowhere near the same, therefore, the mindset is that you want/love ground turkey in the first place.

Regardless, I've noticed one thing about "healthy eating" for me, the more I exercise, the more my stomach shrinks, and I simply eat less, getting "full" faster. I'd surmise this is a component to healthy eating, that is, eating less.

Like BBT said, that's definitely good for eating out. And yes, I'd be 15lbs lighter if it wasn't for the silver bullets lol. Good work man and keep it up!
