So what's the best plan of attack when the bite is extremely light? Fishing the slip today and they were just barely bumping or biting and spitting the jig out. I tried some crappie nibbles with no luck. Also sprayed some slab slobber and was able to land a couple. Still feel like I missed a bunch of fish.

Last couple of days were like that at our slip when using small baits (1.5"). Switched to 2.5" or 3" and bite was more aggressive. Had a dozen this morning over 12".
