I've been a Seaguar red label, invisx and abrazx type guy forever. A co worker recently gave me a few spools of Sunline Sniper FC and all I can say is I am very impressed.
It may just be me, but I've been having great success with this line so far.
I just wish it wasn't so darn expensive. I guess the saying "you get what you pay for" is true!
Has anyone else switched from other brands to Sunline?

How is the memory on the Sunline Sniper? Standard FC Sniper is very limp for flouro. Structure and Flipping are a bit stiffer. Reaction has more stretch built in and has less memory than any flouro I've used.

I tried FC-Sniper once. It broke on me 3 times that day. I went back to Invizx. Invizx always works good for me. No more experimenting for me.

Best fluorocarbon I've used, tried other name bands etc. This is the only fluoro that meets or exceeds my expectations.

I prefer sunline over the others also. Academy's price is absurb. It's 30% cheaper on ebay and generally only a dollar or two more than invizx at most places. I have tried the assassin and have had good performance on it also. 225 yards for a couple dollars less than the sniper and cast a little better.

Sunline is the best line out there...PERIOD! It's also smaller than others...For example, if you're used to fishing 14lb in brand X you could actually fish 16lb Sunline and have the same line diameter and gain an extra 2lbs of break strength.
When in doubt, do without.

Just decided to pick some of this up today for whatever reason. I'm a pretty die-hard Abraisx fan, but I've been hearing nothing but good things about FC Sniper. I guess we will see how it goes.
