Ahoy all ye fishing friends and hope this finds a great beginning to another new year supplied by the Almighty Fisher of men. I am seeking out that material (scraps, over-run and/or seconds) that you may not use for soft plastic production that I may obtain for a Script-Lure ministry of mine where I prepare baits with a Scripture in a baggie to pass along the Word around the globe now in 18 languages Please let me know and even a PM if there may be an opportunity where I can work with you and if there might even exist where you might like some to pass along. No $ (profit or non-profit) involved in this ministry, just a ministry.

scraps as in "used" baits that you just throw in the trash? I can def start saving my old plastics. I'm assuming they can be melted down and reused then? Great idea and thing to do!!
also one of my relatives used to work on the diesel subs as well! not sure of rank but his name is David Blackwell.

Thanks for replying Rudy. Used baits except for the ones that extend elastically (Strike King 3X- I think) and those that are not loaded with "salt" are great. I have received some and used some of my own soft plastics that have served their "duty". The sub I served on is the Blueback during 68-72 which is decommissioned and moored in Portland, Oregon as an OMSI museum boat. I'll send you a PM.
