Rick makes more noise reeling in a 30 lber than a fully loaded ski boat on 4th of July. I hate that I missed hearing him reel in the 58.  I have Rick's coordinates for sale for anyone with deep pockets that is interested.

I always thought that was an excellent cold weather enclosure!!! I was wrong!!! It is actually a sound proof room for everyone fishing with him!!! lol I have been around quite a few people catching big fish but I have to say I have never seen anybody have more fun catching fish than Rick!!

Everybody must be baithunting and fishing...  A couple weeks ago Coffebreak was asking if "Anyone was fishing in this cold weather?" He said "his buddy fished for 15 min then quit, because his rod eyes kept icing up making it impossible to cast." I think he said "he caught three nice keeper crappie before leaving."I couldn't sleep last night, and kept waking up. I sat down at the computer and was reading through some of the latest post when I saw his post titled Freezing Cold under Bank Fishing here on TFF. I told him "if he was either brave enough, or foolish enough to stand it, winter time fishing could be great! Lol!" I believe he was talking mainly about Crappie and Trout. I told him "if he was near really good blue cat water, like Lewisville, Tawakoni, Texoma, Lavon, Ray Hubbard, or Lake Conroe he would have much better odds of hooking into a monster, even from the bank." I told him "Blue Catfish were very winter active fish," especially those BIG Blue Whalers like yours. I also was telling him "cold weather offered boaters, and bankers some of the very best fishing for them." "A picture is like thousand words." Hopefully he'll get a chance to see your picures.

Some toads there. Takes some skill to put that many big fish in the boat at once solo.
