Thnx, looking into a replica mount and certifying a set of scales so someone else doesn't go through what I did trying to find a set . Would be nice to have a accurate and up to date list in this forum with people that have scales and are willing to certify the weight for a angler lucky enough to catch a record. Never thought I would and it but me in the [censored]! What do y'all think? The only handheld scale I've heard of that is certifyable is the Brecknell ElectroSamson Scale. Been wanting to do the same thing, let me know what you find out about getting a scale certified. Oh and Congrats!

Having a table digital tournament scale certified after xmass. A little more expensive than i was hoping but it will be worth it in the long run. Well worth all of yall reading up on the requirements for entering a record! I will get with one of the TFF crew at the TFF tournament on the 7th about setting up a list of folks on here that are willing to weigh fish and such. Again, not a hard process but like ol' Coach garret says "its a process" lol

That's awesome. I caught one last spring and had to pull out my tournement scales to see if it was a lake record. She was short by .12. Great job

I would bet my next paycheck that this doesn't hold very long! there have been a trove of 4-4.6lb smallies turn up at tournament scales this last year and with the health of the lake, they are just getting bigger. That's awesome. I caught one last spring and had to pull out my tournement scales to see if it was a lake record. She was short by .12. Great job

Just an update, Bass Pro Shop scale has been re certified up too 150lbs and is current until 12-21-17.
Go home at the end of your shift, no matter the cost!
