OH man...I was hoping for a different result. Sounds like you better be nicer when you are not sick if you want a different result. That said...sounds like way too much effort.
I can tell you this...its no different that what I get but my wife is not a nurse!
Whether you think you can or you can't, you are probably right.

None I don't get it this is her expertise Nurses are medical professionals and able to discern if you are seeking sympathy (which is generally all used up with most nurses) or in need of real medical attention. Obviously she assessed the situation and didn't see the need to fawn over you. Just rub a little dirt on it!
Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.

FWIW I'm a nurse and married to a nurse ... I get what your saying. Our kids learned early on they better be really sick or really hurt.

its like any professional they do it at work, not home. I fix everything for a living my wife gets mad at me cause i dont fix things at home till its about to lead to a fight.

My ex-wife was an ER nurse,and you are correct!My boys would get,"are you bleeding?bone sticking out?ok then your good!"lol
One time,I got" oh honey,it's ok,when I was about to pass out from low blood pressure,then became level 1 trauma patient with a broke back!

Lol, I'm not married to a nurse but I will say when I get sick I go in guest room, and shut the door. Nobody checks on me, nobody. Rigamortis would come and go before they figured out I was dead. It's shameful just shameful.
