I've seen on this site a trolling motor deck mount that retracts and moves the motor away from the bow to prevent damage and I cant find it. Would someone please post a link. Thanks

I've got one that I think is the type that you are looking for. It is a heavy aluminum base with a set of rails. Two aluminum rails mount under the trolling motor and it has a pin that locks it in the rear or forward position. An allen screw at the front and rear keep it from sliding off if the pin came out and allow easy removal of the trolling motor if you want to remove it for any reason. It is lowprofile, probably raises the tm about 1/2". I can get you a picture of it if you want. I use it for my terrova.
I bought it from Curtbass here on the forum. He had a machinist build it for him. You can contact him about it to find out where he got it. I like it. It is pretty sturdy.
