I don't think their is an "Active Slicer" alarm at colleges. The alarm goes out as an Active Shooter to the PD's. They respond as such even tho it is something else.
It was nice that a Campus PD Officer was nearby and shot this dude or dudette !! Does OHIO have CC or OC at colleges like we do? 4 yr. Colleges that is...until next Aug. 2 yr CC will go into effect. Looks like a dude from the picture flying around on twitter. Not gonna post it here but you can go to reddit and find it in a few clicks. I'm guessing most were hurt by the car as it looks like it must have hit people pretty hard.

(CNSNews.com) Almost 100,000 Somali refugees have been resettled in the United States since 9/11, including 8,619 so far during the current fiscal year. The largest number some 16 percent of the total over the past 15 years have been resettled in Minnesota, home to the nations biggest Somali-American community.
Of the 97,046 Somali refugees admitted to the U.S. since the fall of 2001, 99.6 percent were Muslim, and 28,836 (29.7 percent) were males between the ages of 14 and 50.

Yep, looks like it was a homeless person that died from a medical condition...foul play is not suspected at this time. Glad it wasn't a terrorist, sorry for whoever it was, tuff way to go I reckon...

I'm not sure what condition the Obama administration left them in (what level of completion). He obviously didn't get them finished. There are far too many OTers still on the loose. Maybe he can finish them up and have democrats pay for them. (Of course, I hope I am only joking.)
