we saw one other boat out today, water was kind of funky, but weather was great. same as Belton we found a few in 15 feet, and caught abt as many throw backs as keepers. Black. chart rocky tops, and timber rattler thump buddies was what we were using. when the wind stopped, the bite stopped. all in all a fun few hours on the water. 
COMING SOON! .. THE STICKLE HOOK " the stay level sickle hook". sits level in the water with all knots.! Provides better hook sets and more natural jigging motion. No more adjusting the knot, gluing , or tying loop knots that cause the hook point to tangle in the loop, or worse knick the line.. The jighook that will make all others obsolete !

We were there and hammered them till the wind hit leftem bitin heck I should have stayed longer than a hour then.  I thought I saw somebody pointing at my boat and yelling follow that guy !!! haha was that yall?

the door is slowly going to close on the fall bite, if history holds true. The bigger fish will start thier transition to deep ledges , humps, the old dam area and some in the rivers. Stick and move. cherry pick the piles, catch the few slobs that are still left hanging on them, then move to the next one. The larger fish, then the smallest fish are usually the last to adios off the piles. water was 68 degrees yesterday.
