Spent yesterday morning on Purtis Creek in the float tube. I was trying to get a half dozen or so good sunfish for supper. Problem was the sunfish didn't cooperate but these things were: Like the old saying: When in Rome do as the Romans do." So I switched targets and ended up with about 6 of these and lost a couple more. Purtis creek is a catch and release on bass so they all went back in the water. Not the way i intended for the day to go, but still a good day on the water.

Nice post Flags. Also nice fish. It is always a good thing to be able to change your target fish. Good job.

Always good to have a backup plan while fishing. Looks like you got into some nice bass. Good job.
