Seems like a good way to promote the sport, and to give new guys a way to get started. Fishing can be tough without someone to show you the ropes. I think this would give people a way to learn different techniques and some go to spots for confidence.

I bet those spots would get pounded Oklahoma marks their artificial fish structures with buoys on some lakes. Very rare that I have ever pulled up to one and seen another boat near it.
