 Lost PFD at Fork between LFM and Oak Ridge 10/13/16

Had an inflatable sospenders PFD blow out of the boat on the road between LFM and Oak Ridge (17-515-154) yesterday morning. If you found it and are looking for the owner I can describe it. I know it's a long shot but worth a try.

Ok here is the deal, I want 100k in small unmarked bills, delivered in a brown bag to the right side of the bridge at Williams Creek headed towards Alba on hwy 17 or I will inflate the PDF and no police got it!,,,
