It would be nice if they would drain the lake down and clean all the trash out of it... one of the nastiest lakes in the entire state of Texas, home of the dirty diaper on the shoreline pattern. LOL.

Some huge bass in Arlington, but I agree they need to clean out the trash and monitor the northwest area of the lake a little better. Don't mind people using the parks and lake, but they need to take their trash with them.

Those pumps are filling trucks most likely. It won't remove much if they're transporting by truck. If they've got a line laid , overall they won't remove 1" of the total water on one frac job. I have worked fracking. I have a nephew still working for Rockwater. They're not all working oil/petroleum. They also contract to municipalities for various hydro projects such as wastewater solid sludge disposal. They mix untreated water with solid sludge waste from cities to spray on fields as nutrient/fertilizers.
I'd imagine he posted it on the fishing forum because he was fishing when he saw it. I'd be curious also. Matter of fact I woulda asked whoever drove that vehicle what the job was.

Northwest side of the lake could be a little dangerous. Be prepared.

Rockwater is a Fracking Company. They buy the water needed to complete a frac. Huge profit for the person selling the water. Its all about the money boys. The dont give a hoot about the fish.My Son worked for this company and you would not believe the amount of water they use on a frac.

I saw something on this a year or so ago. Many of the them had satellite photos of pipes being run directly to the well site

The trash comes from the creeks that feed the lake from the east side of ft worth and south of 20.

I called the Arlington parks department and I also emailed them a picture. it's really sad that lake is really low now but I went down another 3 feet. If they would pay for my gas to haul my as to joe pool I wouldn't mind them sucking all the water out.

Look at the historical water level of the lake. It gets low every year in the summer to fall and fills back up in the end of winter and spring.

Rockwater is not a fracing company. They do transfer fluid such as water.
