Have this week off. Wife and I headed down from the panhandle. Have wanted to fish these lakes. Never been on either. Was hoping to get a report and maybe get pointed in the right direction on these lakes. Will have my lance cabover was planning on camping. Looking for electric and water. Not sure what is available at either lake. Googling I came up with Bonham State Park for RV's. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I'd stay at Bonham State Park--much better facilities. The small 65 acre lake is 5mph max and gets lots of fishing pressure; you'll probably want to do the fishing elsewhere. PM sent

Bohnam city lake has hook ups. Coffee Mill lake is real close too. My favorite of the three.

Bonham state park and Bonham city lake are two different lakes. City lake is 1200 acres. It has a lot more options. Bigger that Crockett or Coffee Mill. Haven't been to any of them in awhile so not sure on reports.

Thank you guys for the info will try and put it to good use. CC I went back and saw the OT G2G was at Crockett also. Chris saw Coffee Mill on google earth might give it a go also. Pat Mayse seems like it was right around there too. Have all this week to fish and then taking my wife to a concert over the weekend and then will have all the next week off to fish again. Thinking about Going up in Oklahoma to Murray and Mcgee Creek. Thanks again guys.

I think both Crockett and Coffee Mill are primitive only. Crockett decent bite Tuesday evening, on points and at back in the grass. Pat Mayse bite decent before heavy rain Saturday morning on brush.
