Looking at some new rods. Would you recommend fast or moderate for the following techniques?

1 weightless plastics. SENKO AND FLUKES

2 topwater stick ando poppers.

3 texas rig worms and jigs

4 spinnerbaits.

You can get by easily and cover all 4 lists with 1 MH with hast tip and one M with fast tip. No need to carry 4 different rods for those.
