 Looking for a special type of hook

Good morning! Have any of y'all seen a hook like this one?  Notice the safety pin is located on the opposite side of the shank than the hooks. I've been looking all over and have been unable to find out where I can buy these. Can any of y'all help? Thanks in advance!

Thanks Boomer. It's close! I just need to find one with the safety pin on the opposite side of the shank than the barbed hooks.
