does it again. That's some pretty good stuff! Tough morning on Naconiche....the bass were wearing me out and if I was bass fishing I probably couldn't get a bite. I hooked another big one but he came unbuttoned after a bit. Thought I was hung up till I heard the drag go click, click and the line started moving. Anyways, wound up with 2 perch, 2 crappie, a 2 ft. alligator gar and several bass. Just couldn't locate any specs. Water temp is 88 degrees, visibility is maybe a foot and the thermocline is at 13 ft. What few fish I caught were suspended in about 7 to 8 fow.

Nice ditch pickle I tried to fish with mono the other day, felt like I was using rubber band after fishing on strictly braid! To each his own, whatever works for you is GRAND!

I couldn't catch a bass there the other day! Lol Try a blue/white 1/8 oz. jig. My first trip to Naconiche this year...can't believe how much it's changed. All my favorite trees are gone.
