My buddy is flying in and we were planning on following but just heard that the Spillway ramp is reserved for Elites only. Does anyone know of any ramps other than that one open, private or not. I just need to put it in once, not park trailer, that will stay at the house and it will stay in the water.
PM or reply if you know. Ill of course call around to Eisenhower Highport etc...but thought I would try here first.

I not for sure but don't think they can close the ramp for elites only its a corps ramp not private From the Bassmaster website copy paste ""The Spillway Ramp is one of the few that is currently open on the lake, and it is being reserved for Elite Series competitors. Most other ramps around the lake are closed out of necessity because theyre completely under water. ""

There are no private ramps on Texoma because it is a corps lake. All ramps are available to anyone even the ones in the sub-divisions. The public just has to pay a fee and the homeowners launch for free as part of their dues. I buy an annual state parks pass and usually launch at Eisenhower which is not usable now with the high water. Last place I heard anybody launch from was Highport but I'd sure call them first. The dam ramp has been reserved for this tournament for the Elites to launch.

People (including some of the Elites) were launching yesterday from High Port, Lighthouse, and Grandpappy.

In response to a post above, there are quite a few private ramps on Texoma. There are numerous sub-divisions, communities, etc. that have gates permitting access to private ramps. Several of the marinas also gate and permit access to ramps at night. Luckily, there are normally a tons of ramps on Texoma to choose from. Unfortunately, highport may be the only option....

Don't know about Caney Creek or Soldier Creek, but I know people were launching out of Soldier Creek when the lake was 20' high. It's where I'm launching tomorrow, unless it's barricaded.

I launched at Mill Creek on Saturday. The water was pretty high then but still manageable.

The info I shared was given to me from the corps and from friend of mine that lives in a private community there. They may be marked as private and have gates but all the ramps are available for public access with a fee if you aren't a resident. I launch at one occasionally in the back of Little Mineral now that the water is up. Once the gate is opened there is a box to put the $5 fee for non-residents. However this may not apply to the ramps that are solely for the marina shops on the lake.

There are ramps that are not open to the public and are not part of a marina. Not many but they are there.
