I have called my customers who have been waiting for the sandbass fishing to start
on Eagle Mountain. Well it started last Friday. Had a trip Saturday. 4 person trip
got a 150 in 2 hours. Had a sunday 3 person trip got a 142. Posted reports and picture earlier here. Weekends booking up but a few left. Lots of good weekdays open Which is by far the best. Great time to do a teach trip catch a lot of fish and learn the lake.

Got a few weekend openings a few weeks out but got quite a few week day openings which is nice to
have the lake to ourselves.

Well at least you have enough water to float that big boat. LOL Good luck. I will try to get up that way soon. My Ole Ugly's don't work as good on Joe Pool as they do there. I did do pretty well with them on PK a few weeks back. See you on the water.

Ruff can't speak much about joe pool only fished it one time. We did catch over a hundred.

How did this turn into a bash the old man site. I have more Ole Ugly's in my tackle box than any other slab. Always try them first. By the way I don't tie on slabs, i use a swivel for fast changes and I have feathers on mine that I tied myself. I always know what I am using, just can't remember what I used.
Be sure to put some fish back for seed.
