The big fish caught today was weighed 3 times and we believe the third time was the most accurate at 12.01 - The other big fish today was just at 8 pounds and I picked up a good one as well. We caught 10 fish today and lost 6 good one's. I am averaging 10-15 fish each trip and sometimes 20. The last two photos are from earlier this week. Right now I am strictly sight fishing and nothing else. Lake Fork is currently sitting at 402.75 and the water temps where I am fishing are ranging from 64-67 degrees. With all the rain and wind we've been getting the trick is finding the cleanest water possible. Up north the water clarity is stained and in the backs of those creeks it's just muddy. If you are coming to the lake this weekend, mid-lake and further south is where y'all want to be. With all the new water and flooded vegetation these fish are up in the dirt! I'm finding some of these fish locked on beds in less than a foot of water. I have been throwing Pit Boss, Flukes, Frogs and Scrounger heads at these fish. The two baits which remain the most consistent have been the Pit Boss and weightless Fluke. - Pit Boss ( Okeechobee Craw) with a #3 rigging hook and 1/4 oz weight set up like a t-rig. - Weightless Fluke (Watermelon Gold) with a #3 rigging hook. - Scrounger Head 1/4 oz with a Little Dipper ( Sun Gill) - Frog (black or white) That's all I have been doing the last few days and I hope this report can help y'all out. I'm headed to Texoma for the TTT Thanks E

The pit boss is an excellent lure. I bought close to 20 bags going into this year and I'm using them almost exclusively as my flipping plastic.
Take the green pumpkin green and put some chartreuse on it to make it look like a bluegill and they hammer it up shallow.

Thanks all - @ezbassin yes it is a 4" The rain changed it up some for us today. We fished a half day trip with 13 fish all caught on either a Ribbit (White) or weightless Fluke. (watermelon gold) - Water temp was 68.8 and the clarity was still good in some pockets, but the creeks with all the runoff are getting muddy. Spent the last 30 minutes working on another big fish out a little deeper and tough to see.
