Basically this group of people wanted to go in and investigate and record the historic sites of the Ray Roberts area BEFORE the lake filled up and record their findings so the my wouldn't be lost for ever. Could this be the famed windmill as depicted with this diagram? Some of the communities and where they were located A lot of cool information in this report

The most interesting find was an Indian camp that was used by Indians up until the 1860's and some of the stuff they found there. They found bones from bass from the 1800's even the Indians had bass fever
