Man sounds like a nice catch. Did you put in at Arrowhead and pull out about noon? If so we saw you cleaning fish. Looked like nice haul.

Went out Saturday morning and only caught one sandy. But yea nothing! fished about 800 yards of shore and points.

Got ya. I'm going to be taking a friend out one of these days and we are going to catfish, sandie, and hybrid fish. Just bought my first boat two months ago any advice about chasing these species?

If catfish and hybrids were something I was going to chase all over I would do it. Unfortunately they are not a huge interest of mine except when I take friends along. I will defiantly keep it in mind for the future.

i was able to catch a few sandbass with the kids trolling lipless crankbaits in about 20ft of water... very slow bite though...
