Reins tungsten is the only brand I use because it's real sensitive and the paint won't chip.

Big flipping weights? Academy black ones. They are cheap enough. (Cough cough). Haha. Sucks to lose one. But, I flip with 65 or 80lb braid. It doesn't happen often.

I'm just talking bout regular size weights. I don't use big weights enough to matter. Lol

I use Angler's Pro Tackle "Dirt cheap Tungsten" and River A Tackle Tungsten. Can't go wrong with either one. I've never had any issues with paint chipping. The fish never seem to know the difference

I can vouch for Carlos company and tungsten. He makes good tungsten weights. I've had one on my Texas rig for 6 months and the paint is barely chipped. Most tungsten I used to buy would of already had the paint stripped off by now.

Is there a reason you don't want the paint to chip on the tungsten? I don't use it much, but planning to get some soon.
