Gonna be staying in the area for a few weeks wondering what ponds are around there and if anyone has caught bass from them thanks.

Man you can try the spot behind the academy off Lawrence Rd. I also read about a spot at Lake Wichita Park there is a pond there that holds bass. Its where the launch the toy airplanes.
