With the recent flood, the lake is over 3 feet above full pool and has not been this high in years. Great deal of debris on the water with more coming down from West and East Forks. Lots of big logs. Very strong current with muddy water quickly moving south. Despite the high water, channel cats are excellent along shorelines in 4 to 8 FOW.

Can anyone recommend a good boat friendly motel/hotel, close to 1960 bridge?
