Its an all volunteer force. Most have other jobs. I'm sure it will be up today or tomorrow.

Century Bass Club ended up with a 2nd place club finish. Another great state tournament for the boys.

Whats the matter with Amistad? It's a LAKE! Fish live in water in lakes. Clear, rocky, stained, mossy, timbered or devoid of cover, chocolate milk, tannin stain or gin clear. They are all the same in my mind. BASS LIVE IN WATER. If you are intimidated by chasing bass in different waters you don't need to be fishing tournaments. Yeah.... I know...I live in West Texas. So what? If you think we like the expense, wear and tear of pulling the miles we do your crazy. It's just a fact of life for where we live. We don't bit** about 12-13 hour drives to Rayburn or TB why do ya'll gripe about Amistad? And T Bird, If you haven't volunteered to help at a State Tournament event maybe you should to get a feel for what actually goes on in an event of this size and scope. There is a tremendous amount of WORK that goes into every aspect or these and arm chair QB's are just HOT AIR in my mind. And just for the record, I was not there but have worked several in the past and speak from experience. As was mentioned earlier, ALL VOLUNTEER and, yes, most do have other responsibilities other than running tournaments. So before you so freely criticize, PUT UP or SHUT UP. Nuff said. 'spoon

T-Bird. The results are posted, just looked at them on the web sight. music-life. Thee were 80 team. music-life. You cant have more participants because there are only 28 federation affiliated teams and only the top 6 participate. 28x6=168. There were 160. BMC. Yes they are volunteers and we need a hell of a lot more like them. The tournament was run extremely well and these "volunteers" put on a hell of a show and busted their butts.
So, the next time you don't have anything better to do than to get on TFF and speak of something, obviously not having a clue; get your facts correct or go out and volunteer for something to help in a sport I'm sure ya'll enjoy. And if you ever participate in a tournament of this caliber, shake a "volunteers" hand and thank him. God bless
Without God..we are nothing

The BASS Nation event isn't about payouts (although the top teams cut a check); it's about starting a path to the Bassmaster Classic via a grass roots organization. Only 6 people are invited from each Texas BASS Nation club.
The results are up now online. I fished from the back seat and didn't do well. Amistad suffered a severe cold front a few days before the practice days. But as it warmed, you could find some very shallow dish.
That lake will be good in the next weeks.

Bahahaha.... I don't care what lake is chosen. I was there, it was tough, but I enjoyed every minute of it. HUGE Thank You to every volunteer. It was a very well ran tournament!!! Don't seem to be any whining going on when lakes are in eastern half of the state. Put it in western half of state & listen to the crying & moaning. Geez... Stay home if ya can't fish anywhere. It's NOT about the payout at this one. It's the working mans shot at the Classic, as posted earlier. The website format was being updated to break out the individual standings. It got done & IF you would have read the ENTIRE first day results you WOULD have seen the issue was being worked on. It's where I read it. Once again Huge Thanks to ALL the volunteers that made it work smoothly.
ELITE POWER SYSTEMS/ Elite Fishing Products Lithium Battery & Charging Systems, Soft Plastics, Tackle,Tokyo Rigs Tight lines & stay safe out there.Gods blessings
