I always buy a $4 set of ratchets from harbor freight for my boat.

Extra 2stroke oil, in case you cannot find the brand you use. Wire cutters, wire, tape, duct tape, fuses. You have the rest pretty covered. Lots of extension cords for charging the boat over night. Can't always park right next to an outlet. Screen cleaner for the graphs.

Wheel chocks. In case you have to un hitch the boat on a hill.
Trying to think of stuff I have needed. I travel for weeks at a time with my boat. Hotel parking lots are not made for bass boats. Lol

Some type of light, assortment of electrical butt connectors and eyelets, wire stripper/crimper,cheap 12v test light, jumper cables(keep mine in the boat along with the electrical stuff, and tie straps come in handy at times. Aleve for all your aches from fishing hard and a first aid kit.

Ditto on above suggestions. Don't forget to be SURE you have everything to change a trailer tire. Some trailer wheels have recessed lug nuts with too little clearance for an old-school cast tire iron. It could take a socket and breaker bar; check this at home before the trip. Service the electrolyte level in batteries (distilled water only) so it will be good until back home typically. Service all tires (pressure) and take a gauge along.
Be sure you have receipts in truck for boat batteries in case you need one replaced under warranty.
Will you need extra 2-cycle oil and fuel additive? Don't forget a couple of extension cords. I carry a 25' and a 50' so I have options. Do you intend to wipe down the boat?...towels and spray product of choice.
Don't forget weather at distant locations can be very different, and if a long trip, it can change a lot. I will soon be doing another 2400 mile trip, so I've been going through all these motions also!
I've added a prop lock as I don't always know how secure an overnight stop may be. I also use a security cable and padlock looped through the Power poles to the trailer frame. I remove power pole covers for overnight stops en route.

EXTRA hub, bearings , cotter pin and cap. I keep one in an old drywall mud bucket with the lid duct taped on to keep it dry.
some wood blocks, a cheap floor jack. If I get a blowout, I want to get going as quick as possible. that roadside is dangerous.
an extra drain plug in your glove box. extra trailer light bulbs . A good flashlight with new batteries. immodium AD and Dude Wipes. In winter, a dry bag with extra socks, an old pair of sweatpants, extra underwear, and an old sweater or jacket. extra pair of eyeglasses if you have some.
COMING SOON! .. THE STICKLE HOOK " the stay level sickle hook". sits level in the water with all knots.! Provides better hook sets and more natural jigging motion. No more adjusting the knot, gluing , or tying loop knots that cause the hook point to tangle in the loop, or worse knick the line.. The jighook that will make all others obsolete !

One of those battery-booster units, charged up. Can usually jump off the TM batteries, but that's not ideal
