37 degrees is plenty warm! Chris B and I have fished many days on Texoma in sub 30 degree weather, coldest was 19 degrees when we launched. The initial 10 mile boat ride was brutal, but after that with the right gear all was good.

Coldest for me was at Texoma in 19 degrees. I was throwing cast net for shad and as soon as I pulled the net up. It froze right away. It sure was cold that day. Stripers were biting too. Never done that since then. It was just too cold now.

For me, it's best to hunt and fish in the middle of the week when the woods and waters are calm and I have the lease or lake pretty much to myself. Also, only the days with the nicest weather. There's no reason to be uncomfortable in the outdoors.

Biden famously said in the New York Observer, “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”

Fished through a sleet shower once. I figured it was better to stay put then try to run for cover. Bottom of the boat got a little slick.
