I skunked out last weekend fishing from a kayak around Rogers Park area. I have heard of people doing well for Whites in the temple lake park area in 30FOW using slabs.

I fished it today and caught 2 dinks. I fished from 2ft to 70ft and hit everything from main lake ledges to points to major creeks. It was pretty darn tough....

We have done well around Rodgers and BLORA - stay close to the river channel (50 FOW)
When it's windy we fish Rodger area and it's calm BLORA Been pulling a mixture of whites and hybrids

Things have really slowed down all of the guides have pretty much given up here.Thinking maybe the zebra mussels are the problem

Thanks for taking some of our finest fishing. Please, Please be sure all of your boat is dry before putting it on another lake. Zebra mussels are there big time.

Went out to Belton again yesterday. Every place we stopped we caught lots of whites some tiny some 15" and the occasional hybrid. Shallowest water we fished was 46 FOW deepest was 90 FOW. Left the fish biting at every stop in search are larger fish. Right before we left we decided to try south end 90 FOW and finally found a few hybrids. Most fish were suspended at 20-30 feet. The hybrids were suspended at 55-45 foot All fish caught with different methods of jigging Ended the day with over 125 fish over the side of the boat and would have easily been a 250 fish day if we just wanted quantity and not quality. Fished from the sand flats to BLORA to the dam
