I have never been to Squaw and I am excited and nervous at the same time. I have never done any "combat" style fishing. May I get some feed back as do and donts?looking just for general what to expect being my first time there.I would appreciate any ifo you provide. I plan to work points on the north end of the lake. Good idea? Thanks

Just go fishing and have fun.
I would stay mid lake south though.

If you go north go slow.. South is open. Fish points and stay in about 10 to 15 foot.

Don't spend the day pounding the banks - fish deeper stuff.

Go do what you like but try not to beat the banks. like stated above 15-30 ft is key. If you see us say hi! You can't miss us we'll be the black and red skeeter with about 10 boat surrounding it LOL

Just hire James Biggs for a day out there. You might even get to take his picture! Really? not sure if that is a stab or poking fun? so if he catches something that he would be proud of he just tosses it back in without a pic? I am a bit confused. Been out with him and it was truly a great learning experience, not a typical guide style trip. His style of trip is focused on teaching you how to fish a technique and works hard to make sure you do it the proper way. He fishes too you know......

Go home at the end of your shift, no matter the cost!
