went out to Eisenhower today and walked about 10 miles of shoreline from about 8-5pm and didn't get a single hit. Anybody have any advice, looked for deeper water. Threw Carolina rigs, t-rigs, spinnerbaits, squarebills, lv-500s, swim jigs lols, pretty much everything I brought. am I fishing the wrong part of texoma?

Its not just you! Talked to a couple diff people and they're all saying the same thing~ fishing is tough right now.
Keep in mind, They've lowered the lake level over 3 feet in the last week there.

Tough is an understatement.... not sure why but in one area we found a bunch of shad dying, water isnt near cold enough for that to be happening this year. Lake looks great, just need those gates to close and the water to settle, looked like it dropped 2" while we were on it. Cold off colored falling water with current = lockjaw. Cant complain about the weather though, it was a beautiful weekend to be on the water!

Texoma is hands down the toughest bass lake I have ever fished. Lived on the lake for 2 yrs and I had some great days especially for smallies but it was never consistent, for me at least. I know there are guys who go out and catch a 5 fish limit of 20 lbs. Guess they are alot better fishermen then me. Got skunked in the winter about half the times I went out. There are guys who know how to fish that lake but they ain't talking.
