What year you looking at? I had a 1993 Pantera II with a 1994 200 Merc. EFI. Good boat! Bought it used in 1998 sold it after 9 years to move up to a Cougar. Now on my second Cougar.

What are you wanting to hear? Yes, they're good boats. Bass Cat makes great boats. There's not many top end bass boats that you'll hear a whole forum say 'no! stay away from xxx!'

anyone have experience with this boat? if so, thoughts? good or bad, want to know everything you know A friend of mine bought one last year and absolutely loves it. I know probably 10 guys with Cats, including 4 with P II's. I have had a P IV for 6 years now, and we all love them. I know one person that got out of a CAT after owning one, but that was because this guy has to have the fastest boat on the water, and a Cat is not the fastest boat on the water. However, a P II with a 200 is as fast as any other 19' footer out there IMO.

I have a 2011. Excellent made boat. No bunch of plastic dash panels to fade over time and everything was built with quality in mind. Takes rough water as well as a 19 foot boat can. I guide out of one and I would like a bigger boat just to give me more room but can't complain about the quality. I have had a Nitro, Champion and 3 Skeeters. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Cat or Skeeter.Call me at 903-3342741 before 5 if you want more info or 9185718881 after 5.

If you want to call it a down side....... The recessed foot tray is pretty far up and took a little getting used to for me felt like I was standing on the very tip of the boat. But I wouldn't call it a down side I just had to get used to it.

thanks! any down sides to them? That depends solely on your local dealer. Customer Service is generally a forte of Bass Cat. I can't say anything negative about a CAT. I have owned 2 Rangers, 2 Skeeters, and now a Cat, and IMO they are all good boats. What separates the Cat from the other two is Customer Service. My local Cat Dealer goes above and beyond when it comes to Customer Service.

I agree with what was stated above I ordered new seats for mine and when they came in the driver seat had a little cut in the skins in the back of the seat. Probably wouldn't have made a difference but I decided to call bass cat and they sent me a new one at no extra charge and didn't even want the other one back. I have nothing but good to say about them.

2007. will that 19ft take rough water well? I have that same year. Good all around boat. Rough water is fine more about driving than anything. I fish alone 90% of the time. Upper 60's maybe low 70's with air temp and good water 200 Merc. The forward TM tray is easy to adjust to. PM me if you have any questions.
