For the ones that have done this, did you buy the spacer plates or did you alter the bracket to fit around the bolts on the jack plate? I can angle it a little and get around the bolts or I can cut off a corner and make it fit. What did you do?

Just installed one on my 10in Bob's jackplate. I bought the spacer plate, made it much easier.
