Will gen 2 touch units work with less-1 box. I have a gen 1 unit and want to go to a gen 2 unit.

Sure will, with a gen 2 Touch graph you can even skip the lss black box module, the LSS ducer will plug directly into the head unit. Most seem to get better images when using the module though. If your getting a gen 2 non touch then you still need the black box.
